RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

RETURNS

  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

  • Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Original tags must be attached

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted

Return requests submitted through social media or other platforms will not be accepted.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Promotional purchases

  • Items marked “Final Sale”


REFUNDS

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

Refunds may take 5–10 business days to process once the return is received and inspected.


EXCHANGES

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If eligible, customers may return an item for a refund and place a new order.
