DEROZY PRE-ORDER POLICY

At Derozy, some pieces are offered on a pre-order basis to ensure we produce intentionally and avoid unnecessary waste.

When you place a pre-order, your item is reserved and will be produced specifically for our upcoming production run.

Processing Time

Pre-order items typically ship within 3–5 weeks from the date of purchase.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Multiple Items

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the order will ship together once all items are ready.

Cancellations

Pre-orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

After this window, orders enter production and cannot be cancelled.

Delays

While we always aim to ship within the estimated timeframe, slight delays may occur due to production or shipping timelines. If delays occur, customers will be notified.
